About CoE INTEREST
CoE Integrated and Embedded Systems (INTEREST) focuses on the development of innovative and sustainable information technology, Intelligent Systems, IoT, and Embedded Systems to support Entrepreneurial University. This CoE is committed to producing products based on local resources, commercializing research results, and technology consulting services. Its main focus is to create relevant technology for industry and encourage product downstreaming. CoE research covers three main areas: Smart Farming, which includes precision irrigation, disease detection, and integrated farming systems based on IoT; Smart Cities/Villages, with IoT integration for city management, energy, waste, and improving the quality of life in rural areas; and Smart Logistics, Transportation, & Safety, through IoT, big data analytics, and embedded system-based transportation technology for efficiency and safety.
