| a | The graduation registration fee is Rp. 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah) plus a VA fee of Rp. 2,500 (two thousand five hundred rupiah). |

| a | Togas can be rented at the Telkom University Cooperative, Surabaya Campus, for a rental fee of Rp 125,000 and a security deposit of Rp 125,000. The total fee of Rp 250,000 must be deposited to: Bank Mandiri, Account No. 1420018188879, in the name of Koperasi Hita Loka Tara. |
| b | Graduation collection will be carried out at the Student Service Center (SSC) on October 20-22, 2025 during SSC operational hours (09.00-15.00 WIB, break 12.00-13.00). |
| c | The toga must be returned to the Student Service Center (SSC) no later than October 28, 2025. After that date, the deposit will not be refunded, and the toga will be considered purchased. The deposit will be returned once the toga is returned in good condition. |
